Justin Wibrow is a legal practitioner, commercial adviser and educator with experience spanning legal practice, management consulting, governance, entrepreneurship and business education.

He is Director and Principal Solicitor of Wibrow Legal and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Justin combines legal expertise with commercial management consulting experience to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice for family offices, start-ups, growing businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Justin’s work is grounded in a strong understanding of governance, commercial decision-making and organisational resilience. He brings a practical, client-centred approach to helping organisations navigate complexity, strengthen accountability and translate legal, commercial and strategic requirements into clear actions.

In addition to his advisory work, Justin has held teaching roles in law and management, including commercial and property law-related subjects at RMIT’s School of Law. He holds degree and postgraduate qualifications in law, leadership and education, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute and the Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Through his broader consulting and advisory roles, Justin contributes legal, governance and commercial insight to organisations seeking stronger decision-making, improved resilience and practical pathways for sustainable performance.

Through his work with Kinnaird Wibrow, Duncan supports organisations to move from intent to practical action by aligning strategy, governance, capability planning and benefits realisation. His approach focuses on creating clear pathways, trusted measures and fit-for-purpose operating models that enable leaders to understand where they are, where they need to be, and what actions will deliver meaningful improvement.

Ian Anderson is an experienced management consultant with extensive expertise in strategic ICT direction and the delivery of large, mission-critical technology and infrastructure projects.

He brings strong capability across complex IT and radio infrastructure environments, supporting organisations to plan, govern and deliver technology-enabled change. His experience spans strategic advisory, project oversight and the practical management of critical infrastructure initiatives where reliability, coordination and operational continuity are essential.

Ian’s work is grounded in a practical understanding of how technology, infrastructure and organisational requirements intersect. He supports clients to define clear priorities, manage delivery complexity and align ICT initiatives with broader business strategy and operational outcomes.

In his work for Kinnaird Wibrow, Ian contributes specialist ICT, infrastructure and delivery expertise to projects requiring disciplined planning, stakeholder alignment and effective execution.

EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT

Lung Ong is an experienced strategy, policy and investment adviser with more than 15 years’ experience across the creative, tourism and major events sectors. His career spans roles as a practitioner, government policy and investment analyst, and strategic consultant.

Lung brings deep expertise in best-practice business case development, investment assessment and strategic decision-making. He has led major infrastructure capital bids, reviewed and implemented government funding programs, and developed decision-making frameworks for state government investment and policy initiatives. These frameworks have supported program officers, senior executives and portfolio Ministers in assessing priorities, allocating resources and making informed investment decisions.

His experience includes leading business case development and oversight for almost $2 billion in funded major civic and cultural infrastructure projects and industry development initiatives. He has also overseen reviews and reforms of local and state-significant civic and cultural assets, government-owned companies and funding programs, including the planning and implementation of complex procurement arrangements and the management of specialist technical and professional expertise.

As a strategic consultant, Lung has supported clients to develop ambitious organisational and industry strategies, prepare state government budget bids, and undertake business reviews for government departments and not-for-profit organisations, particularly across the arts, culture and tourism sectors.
